Wow! History Day state finals are just around the corner! On Saturday, May 9th, Over 400 students from around the state will participate in the annual contest that determines who will move on and represent Connecticut at this year’s National History Day Contest scheduled for June.

We are are very excited to support these students and cheer them on!

History Day in Connecticut is led by Connecticut’s Old State House, with support from the Connecticut Historical Society, the Connecticut League of History Organizations and Connecticut Humanities’ ConnecticutHistory.org website. Major funding is provided by Connecticut Humanities.
