Funded in part by a $4,999 June Quick Grant, the BEST of RIFF Shorts Fest, presented by Ridgefield Independent Film Festival (RIFF) with support from The Ridgefield Playhouse, will feature nine outstanding short films from its seven-year history exploring youth culture in cinema while addressing the theme, “Are the Kids All Right?” Local and international independent filmmakers, joined by film critic Joe Meyers, discuss storytelling through cinematic language in an audience-interactive panel discussion moderated by Lisa Cambridge-Mitchell.
