Last Sundays at the Schoolhouse

The West Lane District/Peter Parley Schoolhouse at West Lane and South Salem Road in Ridgefield will be open to visitors on Sunday, Aug. 31, from 1 to 4. Now a small museum of early education, the school is outfitted as it was when it served its last group of students in 1915. It’s maintained by the Ridgefield Historical Society.
