We are pleased to introduce Chapter Four author Laura Woollett and illustrator Marcela Staudenmaier.
Laura Woollett is a graduate from Northeastern University for a BA in English and Simmon’s College where she earned her Master’s in Children’s Literature. With experience teaching, writing, and editing, Laura currently works as an Editorial Project Manager for K-12 reading and math intervention. Laura is currently working on BIG TOP BURNING: The True Story of an Arsonist, a Missing Girl, and the Greatest Show on Earth, expected to be published in June 2015.
Marcela Staudenmaier graduated with an architecture degree and holds a certificate in Children’s Book Illustration. She is an active member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators and has received numerous awards for her work.
