Katie L. Carroll was born and raised in Milford and Katie and her husband are now raising their two boys in the “small city with a big heart.” They love exploring and taking part in Connecticut’s natural beauty. Katie has been writing and editing stories and puzzles for kids for ten years. Her most notable works are a Young Adult fantasy ELIXIR BOUND, published by MuseItUp Publishing, and a picture book app THE BEDTIME KNIGHT, published by MeeGenius. Paul Meisel is a children’s book author and illustrator who lives and works in Newtown, CT. His energetic labradoodle, Coco, keeps him company in his studio and inspired two of his books! Paul received his BA from Wesleyan University and MFA from Yale. He also received his certification as a K-12 art teacher.
