This will be accomplished by developing a standards-based administrative infrastructure, under the guidance of a Museum Consultant. In collaboration with the Town of Stratford, the all-volunteer organization established the Museum function at Boothe Memorial Park in Stratford, CT, in 1985, and has operated it ever since.
