Kass, Senior Director, Enterprise Business Architecture at Travelers, is one of three new board members.
Connecticut Humanities, the state’s nonprofit affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities, has announced the election of Jason Kass to the nonprofit organization’s Board of Directors. Kass joins two other new board members, Katherine Donovan and Robert Svensk, beginning terms in July 2017.
Mr. Kass received his Bachelors of Arts degree in History from the University of Massachusetts and a Masters of Business Administration from Clark University. In addition to his work specializing in the design and delivery of sophisticated systems to aid business transformation using technology solutions, Kass is an active member of the Hartford community as a member of the Metro Hartford Alliance and CT Next.
Connecticut Humanities’ Board of Directors meets quarterly and is responsible for setting policies, reviewing budgets, assisting in fundraising, participating in committee work, and serving as an important link between Connecticut Humanities and the public.
