SHC 4th of July Annual Reading of the Declaration of Independence is back on the steps of Stamford’s oldest dwelling the Hoyt-Barnum House! The History Center’s own Rick Petersen will once again recreate the atmosphere of 1776 Stamford including a replica of George Washington’s tent.
