    The CHS will contract with ExecMommyGroup, LLC (EMG), an IDEA Consultant Services Firm. By working with an IDEA consultant, we will reevaluate our internal hiring, onboarding and retention processes, Board recruiting and onboarding, marketing strategy and procedures, and programmatic structures to better understand how we can be more inclusive and ensure our offerings and programs are available to everyone, helping us improve our relationships with the many communities represented in our state.
