The project is a three-pronged approach to improve Stowe Center programs and visitor services. Funds will be used for 1) evaluation software and survey devices to gather visitor data and feedback onsite and in follow up surveys, 2) a flat screen TV to show interpretative materials in the Visitor Center in addition to limited display in the Stowe House, and 3) professional marketing services to supplement in-house marketing and communications resources to expand actual and virtual visitation.
