The Bill Memorial Library (BML) is an association library in Groton, CT, one of three libraries in the town. With municipal funding becoming increasingly tenuous, we strive to be financially independent of municipal funding and able to fund transformational growth of the organization. To that end, the BML will hire a consultant to work with the Board of Trustees, Friends group, and staff to improve the fundraising work of these library stakeholders.
