    This project will allow the Durham Public Library to hire a consultant to assist the management team with a community needs assessment and strategic planning process. The community assessment will gather current qualitative and quantitative data on community demographics, trends, and needs, as well as public perception of the library. This data will then be used in the strategic planning process to help us set realistic and achievable goals for the library over the next three to five years.
