    Hill-Stead Museum (HSM) will engage Thought Partner Solutions (TPS) to provide solutions-oriented racial equity training that will assist the staff in developing and refining skills to advance racial equity practices across the organizational culture. The seven-month long project will include:
    • 1 pre-work survey
    • 2 exploration sessions
    • 4 workshops
    • Closing session with discussion about future or ongoing needs
