Windsor in 1921 Virtual Tour!

January 28 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

CT United States

Windsor Historical Society invites you to join in a fascinating season of virtual history programs! Presented via Zoom, these programs provide opportunities to learn as well as to participate and share your own stories. The Society is approaching its 100th Anniversary in 2021 and is exploring new ways to ‘do history’ inclusively – this winter series promises something for everyone – whether you prefer to just listen and learn or to get actively involved – each program will leave you with a deeper understanding of Windsor’s history and your own!

The first of these is on January 28, 7 PM to 8:30 PM, “Windsor in 1921: The Paradox of Progress – Virtual Exhibit Tour.” Did you miss the exhibit opening? Now you can join Society Curator Kristen Wands for a virtual exploration of our newest exhibit highlighting life in Windsor the year 1921, when Windsor Historical Society was founded! Learn about the town, its people, businesses, organizations and more – the fascinating events that led to the formation of WHS in 1921!

Advanced registration is required – register at, email us at, or call us at 860-688-3813.

Check out all our Virtual History Programs here: includes Windsor in 1921, Creating Connecticut, Museums and Race, and Removing the Gates are $5 per program. Register for all four and pay only $15!
