Linda Lê’s Kriss: A Big-Read Immersive Staged Reading

In support of the NEA Big Read project based on Thi Bui’s The Best We Could Do: An Illustrated Memoir, the ECSU Theatre Program, University Art Gallery, and World Languages and Cultures Department present an immersive walk-through performance and installation. Under the direction of DeRon S. Williams, theatre and performance students will present an excerpt from Michèle Bacholle and Dawn M. Cornelio’s translation of Kriss, initially written by Linda Lê with interactive designs curated by Kristen Morgan and the Intermedial Design II students. Be transported back to Vietnam as you experience this immersive walk-through exhibition.
