JDPP presents Emergence, a performance of dance, spoken word, and song about extreme isolation and confinement of incarceration while offering hope for a more open, just, and kind world. Material is drawn from JDPP’s in-prison residencies, particularly at York Correctional Institution for women, and presented by members of the JDPP Ensemble and guest artists who are returned citizens.
